Marc Bosch is the National Threatened, Endangered and Sensitive Species Program Leader for the USDA Forest Service. He is a native of Michigan, where he earned BS and MS degrees in wildlife management at Michigan State University. He worked as a Peace Corps volunteer in wildlife and national park management in both Iran and Cameroon. Since 1978 he has worked for the Forest Service in Colorado, Puerto Rico, Georgia, and in the Washington office, on endangered species conservation and recovery projects, and numerous other National Forest and Grasslands programs and projects. In his current job he coordinates programs for endangered species recovery and habitat conservation on National Forest System lands as integral activities of land and resource management, and provides support to all other agency programs.
